Terms of use

Version in force of 20 October 2026Read the French version, which prevails

Version of 20 October 2026. This is a translation of the French original (« Conditions générales d'utilisation »); in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern the use of the Asanaya website (https://asanaya.nexoraapp.fr), in particular the customer account, the wishlist and reviews. The website is published by [to be completed] (the "Publisher"). Purchases are governed by the general terms of sale.

1. Purpose and acceptance

Access to the website is free of charge, apart from internet connection costs. Creating an account requires acceptance of the Terms of Use, by ticking the box provided at sign-up: the accepted version and its date are recorded. Posting a review constitutes acceptance of the rules in articles 5 and 6.

2. Customer account

Creating an account is optional: you can order without an account. Users provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Login details are personal and confidential; users inform the Publisher without delay at contact@asanaya.shop if they suspect fraudulent use of their account.

The same login (email address and password) may be used for several shops of [to be completed]: users who already have an account on one of them log in with that login. Orders, addresses, reviews and preferences remain specific to each shop.

Accounts are reserved for adults. A minor may only create an account and place an order with the consent of his or her parents or legal guardian. A minor under 15 cannot consent alone to the processing of his or her data based on consent, such as newsletter sign-up (article 45 of the French Data Protection Act).

Users can close their account at any time from the "My account" page ("Delete my account") or by email. Past orders are kept for the periods required by law. Closing the account on one shop erases that shop's data; the login is deleted when no shop uses it any longer.

3. Suspension and closure by the Publisher

In the event of a serious breach of the Terms of Use (fraud, identity theft, repeated posting of unlawful content, attack on the security of the website), the Publisher may suspend or close the account. It informs the user by email, stating the reasons for its decision, and allows the user to submit observations, except in urgent cases of fraud or security. Orders in progress are delivered or refunded.

4. Cart and wishlist

The wishlist is stored only in the user's browser. The cart is stored in the browser and, if the user is logged in, in his or her account, for 90 days after it was last changed. A saved cart is not an order and does not bind the user: the applicable prices and availability are those in force at the time of the order, and the cart indicates any change since a product was added.

5. Customer reviews

Only customers who have ordered a product can post a review of it. The review must relate to its author's personal experience with the product and the order. Prohibited: unlawful content (defamation, insults, incitement to hatred, threats), abusive language, other people's personal data, advertising, links and spam, and reviews written in a conflict of interest. No consideration is given in exchange for a review.

The author grants the Publisher, free of charge and for the period during which the review is published, the non-exclusive right to reproduce, translate and display it on the website and in its communications relating to the Asanaya shop. The author may at any time request that the review be modified or deleted. The rules for checking, publishing and ranking reviews are set out in the review policy.

6. Moderation, notices and appeals

Reviews are checked automatically (proof of purchase, links, personal data, abusive language) and, where necessary, by a member of the team; a review is never refused because it is negative.

Anyone can report content they consider unlawful or contrary to the Terms of Use using the "Report this review" link or by writing to contact@asanaya.shop, stating the reasons for the notice, the exact location of the content and, if they wish, their name and email, and declaring in good faith that the notice is accurate and complete (article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services). The Publisher examines each notice diligently, objectively and in a non-arbitrary manner, and informs its author of its decision when contact details have been provided.

When a review is refused or removed, or an account is suspended, the user concerned receives a reasoned decision by email: the measure taken, the facts and the rule of the Terms of Use or of the review policy on which it is based, any use of automated means, and the available means of redress (article 17 of the same Regulation). The user can challenge the decision by replying to that email or by writing to contact@asanaya.shop within six months: the challenge is examined by a person. The user retains the right to go to court. The Publisher informs the competent authorities of any content giving rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence threatening the life or safety of persons.

7. Intellectual property

The elements of the website (texts, photographs, visuals, trademarks, logos, databases) are protected. Users may view them for personal use; any reproduction, extraction or re-use, in particular by automated means, without the Publisher's prior written permission is prohibited (articles L122-4 and L342-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code).

8. Use of the website

Users undertake not to disrupt the operation of the website, not to attempt to access data not intended for them and not to use robots or automated processes to place orders, post reviews or collect data. The Publisher may limit the number of requests to protect the website.

9. Availability and liability

The website is available at all times, except for maintenance, updates or technical incidents. Users are responsible for the content they post. Nothing in the Terms of Use limits the rights consumers have under the law, in particular under the general terms of sale, the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantees, or the Publisher's liability in cases where the law prohibits limiting it.

10. Personal data and cookies

Users' data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Contact: contact@asanaya.shop.

11. Contact and single point of contact

For any question about the website: contact@asanaya.shop or [to be completed] (standard-rate call). The single point of contact provided for in articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, for authorities and users, is contact@asanaya.shop; accepted languages: French and English.

12. Changes to the Terms of Use

The Publisher may change the Terms of Use. Account holders are informed by email of any significant change at least 30 days before it takes effect; they may close their account if they do not accept it. The version in force is dated at the top of the page.

13. Applicable law and disputes

The Terms of Use are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of habitual residence. In the event of a dispute, consumer users may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator [to be completed] ([to be completed]) and bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
